The Emerging Litigation Podcast is LIVE!
Starting on December 15th, and continuing every other Tuesday, leading legal and risk professionals will share their thoughts on the new Emerging Litigation Podcast. Each show will discuss new legal theories or areas of litigation for the benefit of plaintiff attorneys, defense counsel, corporations, and risk professionals, in support of the upcoming Journal of Emerging Issues in Litigation.
The show is hosted by Tom Hagy, long-time legal news enthusiast, former editor and publisher of Mealey’s Litigation Reports, current Editor-in-Chief of the Journal on Emerging Issues in Litigation, and owner of HB Litigation Conferences.
The first episode features Charlie Kingdollar, former longtime Emerging Issues Officer of General Reinsurance. Kingdollar and Hagy dive deep into the risks posed by social media in relation to the insurance market. The interview is based on his submission to the January 2021 issue of the Journal of Emerging Issues in Litigation (click here to pre-order).
