Kim Bennett brought a wealth of different life experiences to the table when she started her law firm. She formerly studied medicine, researched psychology, and worked in Google’s legal department. It’s no surprise these diverse experiences give her a different perspective on the practice of law. Today, Kim is helping create a new model for virtual law firm practice. Kim is a proponent of subscription-based law practices, especially as a valuable alternative fee structure for firms that serve small businesses. She founded K Bennett Law, a boutique virtual law practice offering subscription and on-demand legal solutions primarily for trademark and copyright law, business and commercial law, and labor and employment law. Kim also hosts a monthly Facebook Live show, The Modern Legal Collective, teaching lawyers how to add subscription services to their practice, and leading workshops and presentations on adding alternative revenue streams.
