Saskia Mehlhorn has developed the KM and library resources of global powerhouse Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP as it has grown from a large Texas firm to a global superpower. Since 2011, Saskia has increased her firm’s efficiency with forward-thinking strategies and helping to develop global management knowledge tools including an AI chatbot for knowledge management.
